You should definitely have a money-section where only people of a certain wealth can post. Others may watch, but aren't allowed to post.

You can join to make the forum more cool. Like paying to add your forum link in their signatures, pay users to post content in your forum or pay users to share your forum anything like that. Scammers paradise. Otherwise great idea in this already too much invigilated world of spies we have today. Gonna register and see how things are rolling there.
