Looking to run the gridseed blades on wemineltc.com but I am flexible about sites. Never ran a rasp pi but have run a lot of gear. My skills are more mechanical with pc's then soft ware. But I have been around pc's since the 1970's and they were mainframes then. I know that a better quality sdxc card like http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Memory-Frustration-Free-Packaging--SDSDU-064G-AFFP/dp/B007M51IZM/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_3_m?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1406862683&sr=1-3-fkmr1&keywords=gskill+sdxc+card (http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Memory-Frustration-Free-Packaging--SDSDU-064G-AFFP/dp/B007M51IZM/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_3_m?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1406862683&sr=1-3-fkmr1&keywords=gskill+sdxc+card) helps with a rasp-pi and that is about it. I read a lot of micro ones over heat with 24/7/365 op time I see you are in europe shipping will be too much most likely Title: Re: looking for a rasp pi setup to mine gridseed blades Post by: achtung082 on August 01, 2014, 05:11:01 AM PM'd you..

Prime Air Mail (5-7 Days) = 3.1 € But it could be quicker if you choose a seller already in USA. Title: Re: looking for a rasp pi setup to mine gridseed blades Post by: MrThePlague on August 01, 2014, 11:10:40 AM Why is this Rasp Pi so much more expensive then retail? I assume the majority of the inflated cost is for the pre-installed SD card software?
You should be able to find a Pi that's a good 50% cheaper then that. I am not sure what the software entails, (other members more experienced can hopefully back this up) but it should be easy as pie *zing!* to pre-load the software on a blank SD card personally, no? EDIT: A fellow east coaster I see! I see you are a trusted member, so If you are still in need you should check out amazon.com. I can use my Prime account to get one to your door in 2 days, to which you can reimburse me in the means easiest for you (BTC, Paypal, whichever).
