One of the interested persons contacted me on email directly to avoid dealing with SEDO commission and fee. So he offered me a good value but the problem is he asked me for getting a domain appraisal certificate first so that if the offered price is already low he could give me a better price again. On the other hand I tried a couple of free appraisals its not getting me more than $60.
For a good name to put for sale or auction is it necessary to do the marketing first such as SEO? Because it seems like if SEO is done on a large scale then obviously appraisal would be of value. Or can I sell these domains at good value despite the fact that on free appraisal I'm getting $60? I used to do it before.
