I used VPN and proxy these guys.
vpn very well we have shown a lot of servers in different countries, a stable and fast connection online. Ping was slightly higher than without VPN.
With Proxy fared worse, but also at a fairly good level. The truth is they have a limit of 30 proxy per hour, but in principle this is enough to me. Private Proxy very fast, and there are of public, but I do not like.
