Title: question about exchanges
Post by: magic755 on August 01, 2014, 02:49:50 PM
Does exchange that supports a lot of coins are better than exchange that supports a few coins?  (50 - 70 coins vs 5 - 7)
How do u think?

I think a larger variety of coins is better, more markets the better. But it depends on whether they can handle that many wallets.

If you have the server power to maintain a lot of different coin action at once then yes it's better, of course im not sure if it's good to support in exchanges coins that are clearly shit and contribute nothing to the cryptoworld but then again this is one of the side effects of non regulated markets. gotta deal with it.

Yes, since adding other coins brings in more users, and thus more volume for all markets.

Wallets are memory-intensive, so they would have to have a good infrastructure in order to not break under pressure.
