Hey fellas!
I am organizing a grand bitcoin quiz event at www.puzzel.me. The quiz will feature tough questions, mostly related to bitcoin and the Prizes of the quiz are as follows:-

1st Prize : 1BTC
2nd Prize : 0.5BTC
3rd Prize : 0.3BTC
4th to 10th prize : 0.1BTC each

The quiz will start on 5th August at 1300GMT and will end on 11th August at 1300GMT. The prizes will be sent to the winners on 13th of August.

The questions in the quiz won't be MCQ based. The questions will be cryptic and you can use google to find out the answers. There will be hundreds of levels in the quiz and each level will have one question. The participant will have to finish the preceding level before moving on to the next level. Till the participant gets the answer correct, the participant can answer a particular level as many times as he wants. The winners will get decided on 11th August at 1300GMT.

Some important rules are as follows :
- You can Use Google To crack the level.
- The quiz will start on 5th August at 1300GMT and will end on 11th August, 1300GMT.
- Only one account per person is allowed. People having more than one account will be banned and they wont get any prize.
- All the winners will receive their prizes on13th August.
- People who wish to participate in the quiz will have to login from Facebook.


There is no participation fee, however if you get stuck on any level and want to know the answer then you can PM me and pay a meager amount of 0.004BTC and get the answer for a particular level.

Hundreds?...umm please define hundreds. Or even better, state how many questions there will be upfront.

I can see a situation where to keep adding questions in the hope of getting people to pay you the 0.004 btc etc etc

Quite weird how you can only login with Facebook. I wouldn't login for a bit, and wait to see what happens.

At 0.004 BTC/answer, 1 BTC will give you 250 answers, it depends how many are there in total.
If many different people pay for the same secrets, then he'll generate more than 1 BTC.

Well it doesn't matter that how many questions are there. You don't have to answer all the questions to get the prize, you just have to answer more questions than the others to be on the top and claim the prize and its upto you if you want to pay the 0.004BTC fee or not.

Okay. The "facebook only login" option will just help me to catch people who try to create more than one account. We just require basic info from your fb profile, we do not ask for the permission to post on your timeline.

I wish to conduct this quiz once every month. If I don't pay the winners at the end of the first quiz then I'll loose almost all of my audience for the second quiz(I hope I'll be able to generate some income from the second quiz by selling the ad space).

Let's hope people pay for 250 questions ;D , it will just help me reducing my losses from the first quiz.

Your game is not provable fair! You can just make fake entries and modify the data for them to make them winner and the people who sent you money will be your profit. Nice  ;)

Put your prizes in Escrow before starting first.

In the case of a tie, is it the first one to get the most answers?

Finally i made lvl1. Lvl2 is hard. The last thing on the facebook is from 2013.

Would you be willing to display all users current quiz level while the quiz is going on?  I think that at least would make it more fair?

stuck on level 4, it's too damn hard, I got trough the first 3 levels really fast, the fourth one however

The "Clues" take you to facebook, where there hasn't been anything posted since 2013. Stuck on level 4 as well.

Can we request a change for question 4, it is stupid as fuck.

Are you able to let us know what address the prize money is being kept in or store it in an escrow? More people would likely be willing to pay for answers if this was done.

No it is not connected. They just take a copy from git (it is opensource so it is allowed) and forgot to change clues link.

Okay so basically the owner of the site is raking in the cash in paid answers and even the links on the site don't work and are misleading.

My view on question 1 is the picture has very very very very very little to do with the actual answer.

It's like a test to teach you to think outside of the box, which is what you need to do for most answers.

Can we reverse positions to where siddharthlohchab was in first place, and take winners from there? It's not fair to play like that. The top 10 is one person, and he shared it with 10 accounts.

What happened?

Agreed, the top players bought all the answers while people like me achieved them by hard work and long hours. Almost every person on top10 is one I haven't seen before. Even so mentioned siddharthlohchab, he also bought the answers, where the fun in it? This is not a puzzle anymore, but a match where the winner with the most cash wins. Those who are actually trying to answer those questions had no chance from the start it seems. I'm really disappointed by this. Thought it'd atleast fair.


What happened? People from under top 30 achieved top 10 spots in a matter of a single minute.
