Title: Make some easy bitcoins!
Post by: Sara85 on August 02, 2014, 07:49:30 PM
[Update august 3: STR giveaway is temporarily put on pause. You wonīt get the free str mentioned below right now, but you can sign up on a waiting list and receive the coins later on.]

  Hereīs how to get STR-coins:

1. Visit www.stellar.org, create an account and verify with facebook. (Should be done in two minutes)
2. 1250 free coins will immediately be sent to your account. Another 1000 or 2000 will be delivered soon (perhaps you need to make a transaction of at least 1000str to have this bonus).
Thatīs it!

Note: You must use an already active Facebook account. Creating a new one will not work. Perhaps you can borrow a friends?

When you have got hold of STR, send me a PM and Iīll trade them for bitcoins. Exactly how much youīll get varies from time to time, but youīll get much better paid now than previously.

Everyone with whom Iīve made an agreement with have received their bitcoins, and so I believe everyone here should be happy.

Have a good day!

/Sara

Yes it is. I know that a lot of bitcoiners dont like Ripple, but the nice thing here is that you donīt need to like it. Just send me the coins and the PM, and youīll have the promised bitcoins.

The whole thing should take less than five minutes and youīll make .005 bitcoins from it. Hard to get so easy money elsewhere!

Excellent! The bitcoin transaction is under way: https://blockchain.info/tx-index/ea67493563c95a7c7203023b065e4763e640b4a4c54b0356de68ab87ec102897

I believe that you should have 1000 more coins at Stellar though (you get them after your first transaction of 1000 or more STR) so please send them as well.

Thank you!

Itīs actually difficult to say what or if they are worth anything at all. 100 BILLION are premined and they are being dumped into the market now.
Making 3$ for a few minutes of clicking is in all cases a very good deal.

Well, XRP had the same supply and went up massively in value. And since.......  ;D

Jed McCaleb is so shady. Dumping his huge premined XRP and then boostrapping Stellar off Ripple.... next scam, please. Thanks! :)

Yeah I tried opening new FB acc. just for the sake of getting those Stellars, but obviously new accs are seen as spam accs ...oh well, this is one of those rare moments I wish I had FB acc.  ;D
Great way to make some coins for those who have it though.
Sorry to heart that friend.
I can't send stellar to other account. Damn. >:(

Bitcoins sent to everyone. You should have them after the usual btc transaction time.

Sara i sent you the 6000 stellar before i realized it was worth 8 x the amount you offered.
You canīt really say that they are worth x amount. The reason the exchange rate is high at Justcoin is   due to a bug in their transaction processor that make it difficult or impossible to deposit. Some people are trying to send hundred of thousands of str to Justcoin, but canīt get it to show up in their account. When they can, the exchange rate for str will undoubtly plummet. I sent you a few more btc though.

I can't send stellar to other account. Damn. >
You need to keep a minimum of 50 str in each account as an anti spam measure. This amount can not be sent.

Regarding Facebook accounts -as you noticed, they must be real and used. It wonīt work to create a new one. If you can borrow a friends account, you can use that one as well though.

I registered and verified my fb account but did not received 6000 stellar only 1250??

Yeah, I just saw you edited the original post, so I have 3250 in my stellar account now, so If I send you 3250, how much are you willing to give me? Also, I am not going to send first since you're a newbie and I don't trust you so either you send first or we use an escrow.

When and if I get the rest amount in my stellar, we will talk about it then.

Stellar just made changes in how they distribute the str. Please read my updated original post. If you agree to log in to stellar in a few weeks and send me the additional str, then send me the coins as described and Iīll send you .005btc.

If you log in to your account, your balance should be displayed right in the middle of the page. If you donīt see it, there may be a temporary technical issue.

I made account there, but saying my facebook is spam.

To prevent abuse, there are several detectors to see if accounts are made for real use or not. Perhaps youre account has not been used for a long time, then it may appear as "dormant" or so.

Iīm not totally sure  you could. If youīre looking at the higher prices at Justcoin you need to keep in mind that you couldnīt deposit at that time. And after deposits reopened, price plummeted.
Regardless, I havenīt sold any stellar at all. And the price mentioned at some places in this thread is not necessariley what I actually paid. Several seller got better paid than I now can sell the str for. Iīm not complaining though, since I believe this currency will appreciate a lot in the next few months. The technology behind Stellar/Ripple is much better than Bitcoins, and so, itīs just a matter of time until either STR or XRP has replaced btc as the nr 1 "internet currency".

I will offer you more than OP is asking for your Stellar. Ofcourse not full price because I want a little profit but I'm more fair.

I sold mine to her for .005 when it was really worth atleast .031 because I didn't know. Well know you know! So register and send that Stellar to Jaaawsh
I'll split the sales with you!

Jesus, everyone is trying to scam people for these stellar.

Go sign up on Stellar's website and do all the things to get the most, then go to justcoin.com and sell them yourself for max profit instead of selling to these people who are making money off ya. The whole process takes no more than 10minutes.

Jesus, everyone is trying to scam people for these stellar.
There is no scam in offering to buy something if you follow through and pay what youīve promised to pay. Most users whom now have made several dollars on selling their STR would otherwise  not have known about the giveaway, and thus made exactly zero dollars. Making several dollars for just a few minutes of simple clicking is in any way a good deal.
But I agree, people are really making serious efforts to aquire STR. Hereīs one person buying stashes of stellars for two dollar:
