If they were paying only for registering I can understand, but they are demanding coin what other earning in that site. After sending coin they pay otherwise no pay. It's no different than offering a bounty for something.

It's no different than offering a bounty for something. Yesterday I also reported some thread of Stellar, those either moved to games and rounds or removed. That is the reason I reported today again.
