If they would do this to 1000 users and nobody would complain of 5$ then it would 5000$ already altogether.

Just send ticket to support, they will reset you your password after that you will login and recover your 5$.

This is a great example the nonsense we deal with everyday and obviously a completely made up post.  We would normally have responded to this with, please email support your username and we can help you but this is so blatantly fake that we must respond as follows:

1.  We don't take $, we take bitcoin, therefore you can't deposit $5
2.  New account with no Betcoin username mentioned of course
3.  Betcoin.ag isn't a website that you can deposit on
4.  We have hundreds of players daily and if the website was being redirected this would affect many people and it would certainly be talked about
5.  A quick email to support always solves any problem promptly and we have no email regarding $5 from any player

We understand that as we grow we will continue to receive completely false allegations most likely from competitors but we are very fortunate that the bitcoin community is very smart and weeds through the nonsense.  We thank all of our great players for their support and we will coninue to innovate and work very hard to make this the best possible gaming destination.

This is obviously so fake on many levels.

I have been a player and affiliate for betcoinpoker going on 6 months now. They have always honored every deal, promise, payout, etc..

The guys/gals at Betcoin have been working very hard to bring lots of exciting new features to the bitcoin community. They are the first Bitcoin only poker venue to offer networked tournament liquidity. Which means we can now compete for larger prizepools like the LPS Millions or the weekly $100,000 GTD.

Here are some considerations to keep in mind. The Software they use was licensed from WPN, it is not cheap. SO this is not like the many sites popping up on $400 poker software. I do not think WPN would allow a poker room on the network that was shady.
 
To the BtcVegas casino rep, you only show consumers like myself that your brand is willing to play dirty, which to me is shady. I would never touch that BtcVegas casino because of the actions of their site rep in this thread.

If this is true post proof in scam accusations section otherwise it's baseless

I played on the casino as well for a little bit. It is all above board. Betcoin.AG and his team are great and very helpful.
Some of the games were very unique and heaps of fun to play.
In terms of fun, diff games to play, honesty and support it certainly is one of the better casino's in BTC world.

OP and the casino owner (from another competing site) are talking crap.

Are you sure? Did you write a ticket to support, actually their deposit bonus has 50X rollover, with that high rollover, I don't think you can complete the rollover and withdraw your bonus and deposit.

Betcoin.ag is a very reliable site actually man,  :D  I bet here and make some money, no issue at all.

Beware of trusting Betcoin with any of your funds. Up until this point I had no issues, but this has now removed any trust I had in their platform. If they will willingly and knowingly steal a quarter, think about what they'll do if you have real money.

that is my deposit address for betcoin.ag as you can see they have handeled well over 5 dollars for me and i know its not about the $ but its gotta be a mistake talk to support their before publicly flaming

OP's post was a long time ago. Mine is just over the past few days. And in my case, I tried to get a hold of support -- they've blocked me from being able to speak to them (I can get a hold of them when I act like a different player, but this has proven to me that they are going out of their way to not fix their problem).

Sure betcoin.ag is not legit. Last week they didn't give my sport betting winning. I sent email about that now they deleted my account or something i cant login i cant send email ti their support team.
