There is an option to EXPORT history, but how do u IMPORT history? I even copied the whole "electrum_data" folder over to the cold wallet, and the history/balances still didnt show up. You just need to load transactions and sign them.
Cold wallets only need to sign, and they don't need a history or the same number of addresses as your watching only wallet to sign them. Your cold wallet will always just show 5 addresses and 3 change addresses with no information about balance or history. There is no need for the cold wallet to do anything but sign transactions. |
