Can Antminier s1 mine other coins other than bitcoins as long as it has SHA256 algo?

It most certainly can. As a matter of fact I have one of my S1's configured to point to multipool as a tertiary pool and I've had it kick in twice without seeming to have any issues.

Yes, you can mine every sha256 coin as long as the pool support stratum protocol

Yes but bitcoin seems to be the best option to mine...
