But what about the actually legitimate newbies who can provide collateral?

I believe a Here member could get .48btc for posting each month with primedice and .40 or a tad more for a senior account. So, if they were going to sell it, it would have to be for a pretty bitcoin. Honestly, a Hero's account should be worth 6btc and I think it would tough for a newbie to pay that kind of coin...but I dont think that selling/buying accounts is the issue, we have so many noobs asking for loans, it rediculous.
