This should help a lot with the syncing issues.
Updated wallets are linked in the ANN. Latest version is 0.9.3.4 which should fix the syncing problems. Version 0.9.3.3 is ok to run if you get it synced up, but it might run into some problems later on. If you are running any other previous versions, you will most likely not be able to sync up with the main blockchain at all. If that works and syncs up, just copy your original wallet.dat into the new wallet directory replacing the empty wallet.dat that was just created. it works when run it as a new wallet, but when i replaced with my wallet.dat , it showing same error and my balance 0 , ??? ??? I would first try a 'repairwallet' in debug>console window if you can get that far. The next thing to try would be starting the wallet via the command line with the -salvagewallet option.
