A high quality 450W Platinum PSU could run an S3.

That wattage SHOULD be able to as long as 4 separate PCI-e connector's(one cord with 2 adapters on it counts as 1 PCI-e cord). I have two running around 680 on killawatt right now. That being said there is a possibility they could peek higher depending.
