Here are some of the random texts I've received, when I specifically say that I absolutely do not sell BTC for PayPal or other non-cash scammer payment methods (like all those offered below).

+13375522175: Hello, I am buying btc on regular basis. Please do let me know if you are a seller or looking to trade in btc. I have paypal or boa to boa to trade with.Please revert.

I wonder if they just send that message to everyone they know is selling BTC? Until they find a mark, of course.

I wish they'd stop texting me repeatedly. Just because they change their caller ID doesn't mean I'm going to suddenly change my policy.

It's my Google Voice #, I don't have a cell. I want people to buy stuff from me.
