The main Litecoin forum is Litecointalk at https://litecointalk.org/  .  A very decent amount of activity there.

To be honest the moderators take the forum very seriously.  Not like the bitcointalk moderators that let the altcoin forum be a free for all.  Litecointalk.org (https://litecointalk.org/index.php) is much, much, MUCH more civilized.  But let me say that I'm a Litecoin Association member, so I am biased.

There's a new invention called "Google Search Engine".

It's quite complicated to use, and I think most users have programming skills.

But try it anyway. Type "google.com" in your browser.

Then type "Litecoin forums" in the new-fangled box you will see called "search".

After that you will be taken to a library, probably somewhere on the internet in America, with a catalogue of websites.

If you move your cursor to one of them (the blue writing) and click, you'll be taken to a magical world in which you will find litecoin users.

It's probably still in beta, but hope it works for you.
