I really don't know what to do Don't panic. If you have the wallet file and you know the password all sorts of things are possible. First thing you should do is make a backup of the wallet file if you haven't done so already. Then try copying the wallet file over to the second laptop. The location of the wallet file is given below: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Electrum#Wallet_File You should copy it to a similar location on the 2nd laptop. Does electrum run on the 2nd laptop now or not? Also tell us which version of electrum and what operating system you are using? |
