i pay 0.0001fee  but still no confirm now .

is it possible have confirm just need to wait ? or i have already lost my btc?

It is confirmed now. It took so long probably because of the 0.00000131 btc dust going to your change address.

If anything, I'd expect someone to understand that unconfirmed txns != lost coins after 884 posts. Your coins are not lost, but are "in limbo" while their status is being determined by miners' decisions.

Just a general rule of thumb to follow, small transactions with tiny change (like your tx) may take long to confirm, but it will confirm eventually. Never EVER risk sending a fee of zero. Theres no point, and your only saving a couple of cents. Sending a fee helps support the bitcoin network so that it grows larger, and more miners come.
