Lots of feedback on our own site and on bitcoinfeedback.com (http://bitcoinfeedback.com/viewuser.php?un=spendbitcoins&id=136).
Just click "convert bitcoins" at the top of http://spendbitcoins.com and then choose PayPal. Unfortunately, we are unable to avoid PayPal's $0.30 + 2.9% fee, but we do not add any fees to that. You get the current Mt Gox rate!
