Even basic terms of the deal could not be agreed upon (I've told him multiple times that server-side validation wasn't covered by my first offer, yet it seemed to have surprised him greatly when I put it into terms for escrow), and the maximum that he was willing to pay was around $9/hour (based on my time estimate and the amount of funds he was willing to contribute), less than a tenth of ...'s (TradeFortress's) offer.
