Title: [Resolved] Does anybody also have problems withdrawing USD from itbit.com ? Post by: toddhch on August 11, 2014, 05:40:22 PM I requested to withdraw 10k+ USD from itBit.com on July 20th. After several days' waiting I couldn't receive it, so I contacted the support and they provided me some banking transaction information. From the provided information I found that they specified a wrong beneficiary account number in the outward remittance, so I pointed it out to the support. On Aug 4th the support told me they have instructed their bank to send the money to my correct bank account. However up till today (Aug 11th) I still cannot receive the money.
Does anybody has the same experience / issue with itBit.com as me? Can you please give me some advice? Thanks in advance.
