Why a cat, when one of these babies would do the trick? Go to any neighborhood. It'll fly preprogrammed in a 1 mile radius grid in less than an hour. The neighbors would look up and think it's just some neighbor kid having fun while their shit is being downloaded from their computer by the other copter(s). To really cloak your intent, have a decoy pulling a banner advertising the local pizzeria.
