He needs media headlines to read that American civilians are being killed to justify doing this thing all over again. Neocons want to go all in again for MIC profits so in reality, they're all on the same side. Congress just sits back and does nothing as usual even though they control the purse strings, or they used to.

When in actuality, it's the CIA that's meddling under the table and behind the scenes creating the conflict on one hand and then arming the other side on the other. I feel bad for civilians that are operating in a government capacity in areas where the CIA is operating and dealing arms w/ terrorists.
