Title: Merchants, do you mind generating new addresses per transaction? Post by: P_stam on August 13, 2014, 12:58:43 AM I'm not a high volume merchant, so I don't know if this is a problem to you. Therefore, this is aimed at medium to high volume merchants. I'd like to know if you have many transactions throughout the day, do you generate a bitcoin address for each transaction? Would you prefer, if you could, to just have one address to receive payments to?

Do you make them sign a message or what? It doesn't matter who make the payment. The address is generated to pay a specified merchant and amount. Once it is paid and confirmed, the merchant will ship and deliver the item. |
