Security is the utmost important factor after mtgox fiasco.

And what do you want to see from a security viewpoint to get you comfortable?

I vote "Customer Service/Responsiveness"

of course, "Security" "Products" "Pricing" etc are the factors we need to consider, but if a Platform/Exchange is not Security/Products/Pricing/etc, why are you going there? silly?

On the other hand, if a Exchange/Platform is not a good "Service", even if you cheated out there to do trading, you would leave the damn place, eventually.

All of those are important for a good platform but security would be the highest. Doesn't matter how good the site is if my coins get hacked.

if you want to secure your money i think the most important quality that should be incorporated in a Bitcoin trading site is "SECURITY"
