What is the reason for the current bitcoin value Crash? Is something happened?  :(

Look up the long term chart - the 1 year trend, nothing happened. Just the usual roller coaster, don't worry about it too much for now.
If you think bitcoin has potential it's better to hold.. panic sells is how whales get money  ;)

the reason is more simple : new farm have been activate on bitcoin network : https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

I think the most likely answer is due to the new government warning about BTC being the "wild west" as this will likely hamper/slow consumer adoption.

Doubt it has anything to do with any government warning.  More likely is the simple suppy-demand relationship and the fact apparantely more folks are selling than buying at the moment.

Hardly a crash, just some normal market action, imho.  I think there are still a lot of speculators who got in late in the last bubble and some of them are slowly but surely exiting with losses.

Now we can talk from a crash  :'( What is the reason for the persistent loss rate?

Dump shitloads of coins they bought in the last months... cause a panic and make everyone sell. Then buy your ass into Bitcoin and let it go to friggin' deep space.

This is not crash. Now it's just long slow going downtrend that is coming to its floor before changing to uptrend.

Real crash was in 2013 when BTC dropped from $255 to $50. I know many weak traders who in despair dumped everything they bought for $200+ at ~$50.

Or a desperate altcoiner, or someone with a short on bitcoin.  Doesn't seem disinterested, that's for sure.

"Value" is also the wrong word.

The value of the protocol hasn't fallen, merely the price.

This is a debacle. I am considering to sell my bitcoins
