That means your IP was used by someone else recently getting banned.
Are you using Tor or public proxy or VPN?

You're likely planning something evil using Tor.

I wonder how they come up with the amount of Bitcoin you have to pay to get "entry" to the forum?  That is a really low amount.  You must be doing something though like TOR or a proxy right?  Otherwise you got some nasty roommates  ;D

The amount depends on the evil units of your IP. Each unit of evil will cost you 4023 satoshi and OP's IP has 30.23 units of evil. :)

Yes you have to pay a tiny amount if you are signing up from a Tor/VPN/Proxy IP, if you are signing up from an IP that was recently banned or from an IP in the same range as an IP that was recently banned.

30 units of evil is a lot so looks like you were using Tor/VPN/Proxy to sign up. The amount you paid was very high compared to others.

Anyone using Tor, proxy, VPN or an IP in the range of a banned IP has to pay a fee. This is to prevent spammers and allow legitimate users to register through anonymous channels.
