What is better to use btc-e.com or bitstamp? Where is the best rates? As I understand btc-e.com doesn't require identity verification if you use only bitcoins to deposit and bitcoins to withdraw? Do I get my exchanged BTC for USD or USD for BTC instantly to my btc-e.com account? How long It takes to withdraw bitcoins back to your bitcoin wallet from btc-e.com? Thanks.
