It's not the terrorists that i'm concerned of , It more about how bitcoin can be used by people in the government to take bribes an good luck proving and solving the money route.

Government have many more ways to abuse Bitcoin for their own purpose, than terrorists.

Banks like HSBC are much better at funding terrorists and drug cartels, ISIS could just set up an account with them and they would have no reason to use btc.

Sure it can be used to fund terrorism, and it can also buy drugs and child porn, but so can cash and paypal etc etc and probably nuch easier.

Any medium of exchange that is widely accepted and anonymously owned will be a favorite of terrorists. The currency isn't the problem. There have always been thugs in the world...

Seeing as bitcoin is not ideal for robbery, taxation or inflation, fiat is still the #1 funding method of terrorism.

I'm surprised that there are still articles circulating like this. It's a little ridiculous.

I am not so sure about this. Most bribes are paid in cash anyway so there is generally not a money route to follow. Politicians usually get caught accepting bribes "red handed" or with surveillance type evidence.
