You may want to lower the number of confirmations needed to get an active balance. My deposit has 10 confirmations and still waiting for credit.

that has happened before.  we are using the blockchain api.  we don't actually require any confirmations - this is all handled by blockchain.

i emailed blockchain and they responded that they are sorry for the delays, but it is due to being very busy.  we had one deposit that
had 64 confirmations...i thought the money was a lost cause...but blockchain said they are working on the problem.

if you make further deposits and you are not credited within 2 hours, contact me via email.  i can confirm that you made the
deposit and it is just pending blockchain processing.  i will credit your account the amount of the deposit in the meantime.

i am on eastern time.
