On this forum, it wouldnt be very difficult to implement soundex or another appropriate match algorithm on a new user creation step. If it's close to an existing user id (especially sr. Member or higher) additional steps should be taken to make sure it's not a scammer account...I had to go letter by letter just to figure out what the hell he did. The scams never cease to amaze me.
