Post a screenshot of the miner status page. Has it ever hashed @ 180? Have you rebooted? What power supply are you using? Need more info.

It looks like a fan died, so youll either have to get some heatsinks or add more fans, or both. You need to do a hard reset. Google it. Only one blade is working for you. Write down your settings if you don't know them. IP address will also be reset during the process.
