Since the actual coins and ledger of the coins is stored in the blockchain (the bitcoin network) your home PC has no real bearing on whether the coins will be received. Now if you want to use those coins you would need access to the keys for your addresses which is available through the client you are using (probably the Bitcoin QT core). |
