Thank you for your valued opinions. Over time, the Mason coin and the devs will have the opportunity to prove itself to the community. Thank you for your time and consideration.

We would like to make our reasoning very clear, we have chosen to use pre-developed mason images in-order to stay as closely as possible to the original masons theme. When our intentions are fulfilled, Free masons, including those we personally know, will buy, sell and trade with the Mason coin. Thus, keeping true to the theme will allow those Masons to connect with the respect we share for them. We did not want to cause any type of problematic situations by changing the images of the Free masons already well known images. This is the coin By Masons for Masons. Please understand our intentions. All the information on the Free Masons can be found throughout the world wide web. This information is what the Masons have chosen to allow to be seen by the public eye. Disclosing information of any other type would be merely an injustice in the eyes of the Masons who have vowed to keep a secrecy and loyalty to one another.

If you have further questions, or concerns I would be more than happy to have a one on one with you. Please direct any questions to contac@masoncoin.org. We are more than willing to open up the floor for further discussion withing the community as well.

 Regards,
The Mason Coin Team

Coin Will Launch August 25th 2014

Freemasonry became very popular in colonial America. George Washington was a Mason, Benjamin Franklin served as the head of the fraternity in Pennsylvania, as did Paul Revere and Joseph Warren in Massachusetts. Other well-known Masons involved with the founding of America included John Hancock, John Sullivan, Lafayette, Baron Fredrick von Stuben, Nathanael Greene, and John Paul Jones. Another Mason, Chief Justice John Marshall, shaped the Supreme Court into its present form.
Having such a deep and rooted background, the mason coin will allow monetary movement within the back doors of the elite. The mason coin has some of the features of the Darkcoin. However, the intention is set to allow the masons, a very secretive group to have an alternate currency dedicated to them. While all people are welcomed to trade the Mason coin, we are very positive the coin will find its forever home within the Free Mason Communities. The Freemasons circulate a mass amount of money, all back door movement however, the likelihood of this movement being recognized is very likely. We are going to give the liberty of undisclosed trade to the Masons all over the world.

We are currently building a community featuring Free Masons and those interested in Free Masonry. With Free Masons already pushing the coin we are sure to have a mass response to the innovation. Please feel free to ask questions if you have them

Please rest assure the Mason coin has very trusted affiliations with multiple coins as well as devs. We have zero pre-mine. The code will be posted on git-hub for all to check for themselves. There is nothing being falsely represented within the mason community. Our desire is to offer an option for the Masons to become more involved in the altcoin currency. I created this BTC talk just for this coin. I am a very trusted individual (Yes anyone can say that, I know) However, I have not given any indication of trying to scam anyone. I would kindly appreciate time to develop my coin, present my coin and then at that time, I would be open to discussing the problems, if you find them, within the coin. I am not asking you support the coin if indeed you feel uneasy. However, I would request you please take the scam name away from my coin.

I am very dedicated to the Altcoin community as well as this coin. I do understand the concerns of the people. The amount of scam devs and scam coins is unreal. However, as noted above, I would ask you refrain from scam conversation.

IF you do not like the coin do not mine it. We are not holding you down and making you mine it. We didn't even ask you to mine it. The information on the free mason can be a copy and paste. I didnt write it, so why take the credit for it. We are based on the foundations of the free mason so why not present you with the information of the masons. Also, yes it is a google image, again we used the real free mason coin as the coin is dedicated to the Free Masons.

Our supporters will be presenting themselves by Monday. Please refrain from negative comments until then.

We are arranging an announcement to be made by our supporters. However, we would like to present the coin in a proper way. Please give us time. The only other ANN we have is my husbands personal ANN and we are not sure if we are ready to disclose this information as of today. We need to be sure all of our personal information is safe.  We are not simply basement dwellers with a computer. We have real lives and real families. We do not want to risk that in any way. I know to most of you, this may sound like we are hiding. However we are not hiding simply trying to keep our families safe. When we feel the connections of our home life are not in jeopardy, we will disclose our identity.

Why would other people, including free masons, prefer your coin to bitcoin or other coins? I think you should offer something to make your coin related to free masons, other than themes.

P.S. I just noticed CanaryInTheMine's post.

The Mason coin will be presented to the Masons with all intention of it being the coin of choice. It is not a coin that will be carried by a theme bit rather represented by Free Masons. Our inside endeavors with the Free Masons will take the coin far. We are currently working with other Masons to make the coin not simply an adaptation to other coins but a preference.  Also in due time we feel as if the Masons will openly feature the coin. With direct connection to Masons, we are confident this coin will not be a failure. The mining option has also is on the table for change. If at any point our affiliates would desire the mining option to be obsolete we will then work to discreetly distribute the coin. These methods will only be brought into play if requested by our affiliates.  At this point we are confident the coin will be mined.

I am trying to disclose as little information as possible right now. Uhh let's see how I can say this. I know plenty of Masons ;) One of them is... it is very hard to talk about this here. He has the ability to move the coin into many wallets.

Also, We can expect and official ANN soon. We were simply looking to get a feel for the community and the coin. Keep your eyes open for more info and the official ANN. Thank you everyone for the support.

So is this some kind of a like-squatting?
If this coin is commissioned by say a lodge or the grand lodge etc... Fine, but it sounds like you have an idea that you hope to present... So a bit like squatting.

Please just give up on this coin. It offers nothing new and your energy could be better spent elsewhere,

Besides, I don't even think 'Mason Coin' is the right name for it. That means its a coin for dudes who make and move rocks for a living. What you're thinking, it would be better to call it 'Free Masonry' coin, which is something altogether different.

But I already think I thought more about this coin than you did. Are you even a free mason? Besides trying to make quick and easy money, do you have any reason to make this coin?
