The original reason for this thread was to find invest-able BTC lotteries.


Here is the result

Current jackpot over 111BTC

Investments are added directly to the 6 correct number jackpot. For every ticket purchase 50% of house profit (4% total house profit) is given to investors (2% or 0.02mBTC/ticket). Based on previous draws an average of 20-100 winners can be expected for each draw. Generally these wins are on 2/3 correct numbers. Drawings are held 3x a week Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. Assuming this means an average of 100 to 1,000 tickets per week you can expect 2-20+ mBTC to be paid to investors each week.

Investing/Divesting is a bit complicated so let me try to explain it in 4 simple steps.

1) First and foremost profit/earnings are paid to your account balance and can be withdrawn at anytime without divesting.

2) In order to earn 50% profit 1.5 times the investment must be earned. So for example if 1BTC is invested to earn 1.5BTC you actually need to to accumulate 1.5BTC in profit.

3) Here is an example of divesting. 10BTC is deposited and 1.5BTC in profit is earned. You may divest 9BTC for a total profit of 0.5BTC. This is because profit is always calculated on a 1.5x basis. Leaving the total 10 btc invested will eventually net 15BTC in profits. However the total of 15BTC must be earned as commission before withdrawal.

Even if the jackpot is hit you still earn commission from invested coins due to earnings being from the house cut rather than lottery value increase. With a guaranteed 50% profit on investment this is a good deal.

I'd say that guaranteed 50% profit on any investment is a fantastic deal, on any timescale. However I'm always skeptical when I hear "guaranteed profit"...

Thanks for the feedback. Your right guarantee's are something everyone should be careful with. Everything has already been explained as clear and concise as possible.

Here is another more detailed explanation of how investing works -

4% Profit is taken from each ticket purchase mBTC 0.02/ticket to each the house and investor. 0.96 is then distributed throughout the prize structure (2/3/4/5/6 correct) or set aside for the next jackpot. Even if the 6 correct number jackpot is won you will receive dividends till reaching 1.5x profit because profit is earned from ticket purchases as stated above. (all of this is explained on site and/or BCT thread) If your still not convinced contact the owner directly for further questions since I can't provide proof till my investment matures.

As a final note YABTCL has what appears to be a decently paced growing community playing most rolls.

Also this site has been running since September of 2013! Exactly how many lotteries were started and failed in this timeframe?
