The deposits fee is free on LakeBTC, but it has a 0.1% deposits fee and a 0.09% withdrawals fee on Bitstamp, its not cheap. And, BTC-e deposit fee is 1%, withdrawal fee is 1.5%. More payment companies or credit card, like Coinbase Cavirtex Okpay Egopay etc, their withdrawals fee is 1% ~ 8%, this is the real madness.
