Marriage with "blue-collar" clans are prohibited, although there is little ethnic difference. In case a woman from the royal family falls in love with some Saudi with lower prestige, then both are executed immediately (check Google for Misha'al bint Fahd al Saud). If you are an Arab from outside the GCC, such as Syria or Egypt then you'll not be even allowed to talk to the Saudi Royal girls.
