I suggest ANXPRO (http://bit.ly/anxprobyt). We support Australian and Hong Kong direct banking, and also direct SEPA deposits and withdrawals. Our trading fees are as low as 0.05%, and we are the first to launch a Bitcoin Debit Card, and also the first well known and reputable exchange to support Stellar/BTC trading.

If you're in the US, I recommend Coinbase (https://coinbase.com), since the fees aren't too bad and I've never had any issues with them. You may also want to consider trading with someone nearby through LocalBitcoins (https://localbitcoins.com), though I'm not sure what their fees they have.

Coinbase is perfect in my opinion, but you can get better deals with localbitcoins if you are lucky.

btc-e has pretty low trading fee at just 0.2%, and you don't need to verify your identity if you are not using wire transfer for deposits.
