Title: [WTB] Casascius .1 Silver MS-66
Post by: Blazed on August 20, 2014, 05:48:59 PM
Looking for a MS-66 .1 Silver Casascius please!  I am willing to trade my .1 MS-65 and come BTC in the deal for it....or just buy it.

I would also like to pickup a MS-67 if any graded that high.

I've got a few of the ungraded ones left that I took straight from a roll to the airtite.  Not sure I want to spend the $ and wait to have them graded with the hopes of getting an MS-66 though.   :-\

I recently sent 10 of the .1 Casascius Silvers to ANACS.  Maybe I was unlucky, but out of the 10, 6 came back as MS65 and 4 as MS64.  They all looked perfect to me.

I will be guinea pigging this.  I have one of those (from you!) and a .5 silver from Blazed that I will be sending in sometime early next week.  Just waiting for another delivery to package up a few.  What kind of turn around do you usually get sending coins in to ANACS?

Anyone got any tips to not hurt myself?

Depends on what service you choose and how many coins you send in.  Shoot me a message if you want some help getting this done...I was supposed to write a guide on this...maybe I should.

The 2 I got from Og originally got MS66's when I had them graded.

Sorry - already sold them, but I was commenting that Og's should be similar quality as they were the same batch.

What's the offer...? :)

Chain of custody: Mike Caldwell→OgNasty→djjacket→ducatitalia

This coin is currently held as part of a very rare complete silver Casascius collection, and not really interested in selling unless the price is right...that said, offers can always be entertained...

these are really hard to price, because of the markup they had ($100 BTC).  Would you want my MS-65 in partial trade?  Or are you after just BTC?

Damn that slab is beat up  :-\
