Title: Compiling Mac Wallets for tips
Post by: bassguitarman on August 20, 2014, 09:15:56 PM
It took me forever to figure out how to compile mac wallets, so I thought I might as well help the community.

Tips are much appreciated but not expected.

NOTE: YOU SHOULD NEVER STORE LARGE AMOUNTS OF CRYPTO IN WALLETS THAT ARE NOT COMPILED BY YOU.  I PROMISE I WON'T SCAM YOU, BUT YOU SHOULDN'T TRUST ANYONE

how much time does it usually take to compile a mac wallet? (and what size tips would you expect) ?

It depends on the coin (some are crappily made and I need to tweak some stuff), but about 10 minutes on average to set up, and the compilation is done in the background, so it doesn't take any time from me, then 20 minutes to package into a release.

As I said, tips are appreciated, but not required by any means.
