Paypal will immediately take the funds from your account as "on hold" with a case in progress. It doesn't matter if you put no returns all over the place because Ebay doesn't care. The case will most likely be "item not as described" even though your picture and description was 100% accurate. Then the buyer will send back the item with a tracking number and the case status will be changed to "you have 7 days to initiate refund" which will happen whether you do so or not. That's the Ebay guarantee!
