If I don't hear back from him by September 10th, I will ask for his address to refund him his entry fee and redraw. I don't want to open another raffle before this one has its order placed
If this was a more active account, I wouldn't use the week time limit, but for some reason I have a feeling he may not come back on and see my message...and I really don't want to have to put the next one on hold while we wait for one guy that may or may not come back on.
