Lets all go buy some lemons, make some lemonade, make a little sign next to the road and our stand that says "Lemonade sold here: Bitcoin accepted!" even if they dont buy any they then have heard of bitcoin, and thus we can get more people to use bitcoin, and business owners will see even little lemonade stands accepting bitcoin, and they should to!

Well this is like a basic idea which is easy to set up. This could work, you would see people coming up ordering the lemonade and probably asking what bitcoin was. One would need to make sure that the 'bitcoin accepted here' is really visible indeed.
I'm pretty sure lemonade stands work and you're right this plan is fail safe, you could accept Bitcoin and FIAT.

yes, it is good propaganda for BTC. Your group can do this. The problems is how you give incentive to all the merchants to accept btc payment. Majority of them never heard of BTC.

Just wharever you buy outside the forum, say something about bitcoin. Not everyone wanna act like movie children

Yes if every store owners would accept the technology in soon near coming future it would be more likely people would use bitcoin as more preferred mean to pay and get paid everywhere
