It really depends. If you have any services you could offer to people who are willing to pay you using bitcoins that could be one option to look at to be honest. Faucets are good but for long term they are not too great.

Invest X% of your paycheck into Bitcoin each month.

Or failing that, offer some services for Bitcoin.  However, unless you have valuable skills that are relevant in an online context, the first method is best.
