Hey guys, im just wondering if there's a way to get prepaid credit cards that are legit and to refill them in btc when I need funds on it? I don't want stolen info or anything, just looking to find a way to "prepay" a visa card with bitcoin and use it in usd

There is nothing illegal or shady about WBK cards, but i only sell them in EUR.

There are so many offers in 'Digital Goods' section where you can buy an Anonymous Prepaid visa card. You will need to use localbitcoins in order to load it. pay in btc and get a SEPA transfer directly to your account.

There are available but I guess they charge a bit more than usual on prepaid cards.Specially on the bitcoin prepaid cards.I haven't used it personally but a friend of mine tired and didn't recommend it's usage

I could sell you one for $10. I'm making a run to Walmart and can pick up one for you, $5 loading fee and I'll put $5 on it because I don't know if they allow you to buy them empty.

I have seen VISA cards like ANX, PayPro Coin etc... but BTC VISA cards ask higher fees than usual. That's the major problem. I don't suggest a BTC VISA card because of the high fees. :)

You can buy those anonymous prepaid Visa card in shops in The Netherlands and a lot other countries.
The prepaid Visa cards from The Netherlands can't be reload with a lot of money.
You load it with Euros, if you pay in USD, it is automatically convert to Euros.
Prepaid Visa cards from other countries can load more money than those from The Netherlands.
You can Google about those prepaid Visa cards and how to get those.

Not trying to thread-jack but does this card have a PIN you enter, or is it one of those shitty rebate ones that don't come with PINs? If OP does not take your offer, I might if it's one of those PIN ones.

Some cards will be linked to some online wallets like ANX, Xapo, PayPal(non-bitcoin) etc... PayPal like sites will load your VISA with the money in the account. Other cards will be pre-loaded or you can transfer your bitcoins to it, then it will be converted to local currency. :) I hope you understand. :)

Just dont buy mBank cards.

Its a Vanilla Visa, the type you find in grocery stores. Purchased with cash. Its in a sealed envelope that accompanies it as retail packaging. I would assume it has a pin, but I am not opening it to check. Someone might want the physical card, in which case id rather it remained sealed.
