OR Do the most evil thing that affects everyone's life in a negative way, but you will live the rest of your life happy with all the riches you want, however everyone knows what you did. I do all the paperwork, talk to the nurses, iron out social problems and safety issues, and the cardiologist saves the day with a heart cath :D

The only thing that bothers me is that someone I hated would get all the credit for that deed! This really is something that would bother me quite a lot, I could imagine!
