I AM USING FREE BLOGGING PLATFORM IN WORDPRESS AND I WANT TO INSTALL SOME PLUGINS ON SITE .BUT PROBLEM IS PLUGINS BUTTON IS NOT SHOWING ON MY DASHBOARD . If wordpress.com I believe you need to become a paying member to be able to do that. If I remember correctly, in wordpress templates can be set in two ways. Some kind of open and closed mode. The closed mode greatly limited the number of plugins you could use. Does that sound familiar?
Oh and I don't mean wordpress.com. I mean if you are using it with your domain. Purchase a domain for under $10/yr, and pay the penny for the first month hosting at HostGator, $7.95/mo thereafter. If you can't afford that small fee, then whatever you're hawking ain't worth much, whether it's a produce of free service, i.e., PSA.
