Do you have to be a sr member to get a loan?

We can do it this time, but keep in mind that you accepted my offer of contract (application) by sending me the btc and the change in the conditions can only come at the same time as your acceptance of my offer.

I can accept your (new) offer to raise the interest rate, but I will demand 2.5% interest in the future. I do have plenty of references on LB exchange and am now Sr. Member!  :D

That's the point for 2.5%. If we had a successful transaction, you will be listed as trader with me. Yes sorry about that, but it's also partly your fault to read carefully before filling the application.

It is OK if you don't trust me, but you should be honorable as far as you are able, and work with your debtors, not extort them.

OP is so far refusing to negotiate in good faith for the ~$6 in late fees.
