Maybe they can handle it?

Anybody crazy enough to attempt an African bitcoin exchange you could try an Ecobank corporate account to receive cash at any of their branches http://www.ecobank.com/solutinos_c.aspx however a quick google reveals the tellers often screw this up, and paying out probably requires a pile of red tape and huge fees though. |
