This is a massive loan request, and either one of these would likely be considered to be a scam if they were in the lending subforum....regardless of what the loan is for.

I am here, ill answer anyones questions, im in Vegas, meet with the owner of the D Derek Stevens and I meet Robocoin CEO Jordon Kelley we all discussed Blockchain Valley, buying our first Building on the block including the largest yard on main street for the towns Bitcoin run Farmers Market, Once escrow closes I can officially get the title in my hands and then Tesla Motors and SolarCity will be able to put their assets on our property including SuperChargers and Solar Panels for cheap power. If I dont get $30k the title company will return the deed to the 85 year old man who hates the Rothschild family and loves me, Bitcoin and Tesla, so if i dont hand him a measly $30k he will not give me the $20 million worth of main street property he owns the whole place. He said its all mine if I can pay for this one building. Its worth $200k and i already put $10k down, $10k worth of rent that will be reduced from property price, $30k gets the deed in my name. Then I will give it to whom ever has helped me with this money.

You're asking for a lot of money, and the only thing I can find on you is that you IPO'd a Cryptostock, as a US Citizen, and things subsequently went south.

Why would you go and buy this building if you clearly have no way to pay for it?

Where's the title paper, contracts, etc, and with and between whom are they contracted?

You put up a youtube video asking for 30k from strangers on a bulletin board, exactly what reaction did you think you were going to get?

Some tips if you want a legitimate investment:
1) You appear under the influence on the video, not a great promo for a investment. Check out kickstarter to see how it's done, hire someone at fiverr to give you a hand.
2) Newbie status is heavily discredited here because of the large amount of scams over the past few years. You should have researched the community a little better.
3) Your responses are not helping and alienating you, there are people here who will legitimately invest in a sound business plan, but the way you are going about it is hostile.
4) Your investment looks poor because you're asking a community to bail you out of a jam you're in for closing fees. Getting a bail out as an investment is not really a good way to start a business relationship.

You need someone other than yourself to represent you and your goals, because you're doing an awful job here. I know that's not what you want to hear, but you need to take a break, regroup, come back later and work to build a credible reputation with some fixed assets to leverage against if you're looking for capital for additional assets or operating expenses.

Also, calling investors "greedy fuckers" here and on btcjam is little immature. It's surprising anybody gave you money at all, you should consider yourself very lucky and thank those people rather than treating them poorly. You put yourself into you own jam, it's not our responsibility to bail you out for what you are trying to portray as altruistic.  If you were truly giving back to the community, you would have started there with assisting non-profits, yet you were at a hotel in las vegas trying to buy a lot of property for capitalistic gain which you lambaste everyone for that which you do yourself. Odd.

Its understandable.  If you are in bitcoin you are already a badass for bucking for a better system, some people are more badass than others, and with Bitcoin Kinetics its a vision that he has that aligns with most of our goals.  He has the technical capabilities to create something that will add a lot of value to all of our coins.  It really isn't that much from a crowd funding perspective when you look at it that way.  Im sure we have all been frustrated when we can see smell and taste something that we can do but just dont have the resources.  We have all been there if you are a creator.  When Bitcoin Kinetics completes this deal I will volunteer as much time as I can personally to see this great project through.  I put my coin where my mouth is....too bad btc is so low or I would have taken care of this myself.  This is truly one of the few non redundant projects going now for cryptos as a whole, and I really feel this can put a new face on bitcoin that will demystify the public's image of bitcoin, since people can use it easily on the ground level......but that is just my opinion.

I wouldn't call him a newbie either...sometimes when you are creating things, you dont have time to chat.  A little research does go a long way....

I get he's a frustrated guy with a vision... I think we've all been there at some point with the "but you don't understand what i'm trying to build!!!" response.  He's probably wondering why some guy got $50k for potato salad on kickstarter and he can't get 30k to build a business.  He's either in some kind of meltdown mode or he's just rude, I'm not sure which to be honest with you. He needs help, but I don't think money will help him out, because what happens next when he has to pay taxes or the bitcoin atm company wants a deposit or whatever else comes our way in the business world. He's grossly unprepared to deal with the real life of the business world that he's mocking.  It's mostly him and not the cause that are causing people to run the other way. Read "The e-myth revisited" and "4-Hour Workweek" to get a better grasp on changing the mindset of what you're trying to do. Sure, we are all in this counterculture experience together and everyday we are watching more legitimacy take root. Some embrace it, other are threatened by it, and I'm guessing your friend here has his foot stuck in both worlds.

With merchant adoption, and them being being net sellers, plus miners dumping for electricity costs....yes for what bitcoin is being used for now, and its new applications coming in the next few months.....yes it is very low. And this is a guy talking that bought a bunch way before Cypriot incident.  So yes bitcoin is very low right now.  Imagine if/when merchants keep say 25% of their transactions in BTC.  AS with any new thing they are just starting to dip their toe in the water.   

If there is proof in writing that purchasing this one building will include the rest of the town, and there is a formal agreement in place, then I am sure I can find someone to help you out.
